Breakfast at your hotel and assisted with check out. Depart for Amboseli National Park. Arrive and check in at the Oltukai Lodge. This afternoon you will embark on your first game viewing drive. Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.

Enjoy an early morning game drive in the Amboseli National Park in search of lions, giraffes, elephants, zebras, antelopes, wildebeest, buffalo and more others including the crowds shear off and the gleaming snow capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in an early morning. Amboseli is also known for its huge elephant herds Return to your lodge for late breakfast and spend rest of the morning at leisure enjoying lodge facilities. Have lunch and relax at the lodge. Later in the afternoon, do the evening game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight stay.

Early breakfast at the lodge and check out. Depart for Arusha via Namanga (Kenya- Tanzania border) Arrive in time for early lunch at the Arusha coffee lodge. Proceed on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Arrive in the evening and assisted in check in at the lodge.

Early morning game drive. After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park, which is set between the Rift Valley’s western escarpment and the shallow alkaline waters of Lake Manyara. Enjoy full day game driving in the park with picnic lunch. Lake Manyara, is perhaps best known for its flamingos, pelicans and cormorants, is home to over 400 other species of birds, making it a bird watcher’s paradise. Mammals in the park include wildebeests, zebras, bushbucks, waterbucks, tiny Kirk’s dik-diks, hippos, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons and troops of noisy blue monkeys. Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.

Breakfast at the camp and check out. Depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area with game drive en route as you. Arrive and check in at the lodge in time for Lunch. This afternoon you will have an option to visit an authentic Maasai cultural village. The Maasai are proud pastoralists and warriors. The ladies and children will entertain you with traditional songs and while at the village see how they go about their daily lives in a very traditional way like making fire with stones and sticks. Evening, return to the lodge for Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the lodge. You will then descend into the Ngorongoro Crater in the morning for game drive. Picnic will be at the hippo pool. The Ngorongoro Crater in Northern Tanzania, once a gigantic volcano, is the largest intact caldera in the world. Some maintain that before it erupted, it would have been higher than Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Today, long since having collapsed and eroded, it is an extensive highland area with the famous 600 m deep Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. Nearly three million years old, the ancient caldera shelters one of the most beautiful wildlife havens on earth. Endangered black rhino are protected within its rim. Ascend in the latter stages of the afternoon and head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the lodge and check out. Depart and head to Serengeti National Park. En route, visit the Olduvai gorge museum. Olduvai Gorge, Olduvai also spelled Olduwai, paleoanthropological site in the eastern Serengeti Plain, within the boundaries of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in northern Tanzania. It is a steep-sided ravine consisting of two branches that have a combined length of about 30 miles (48 km) and are 295 feet (90 metres) deep. Deposits exposed in the sides of the gorge cover a time span from about 2.1 million to 15,000 years ago. Picnic lunch. Continue with game drive to the sopa lodge in Serengeti. Full day spent in the park game viewing. (It is possible to do a full day with picnic lunches or to split the game viewing into 2 with a hot lunch break at the lodge). The Serengeti is vast and beautiful; it’s one of Africa’s most captivating safari areas. The sheer amount of game here is amazing. Estimates suggest up to about two million wildebeest, plus perhaps half a million zebra, hundreds of thousands of Thompson’s gazelle, and tens of thousands of impala, Grant’s gazelle, topi (tsessebe), hartebeest, eland and other antelope – all hunted by the predators for which these plains are famous. Meals and overnight at the lodge.

Breakfast, assisted with check out and settlement of extras, depart for Tarime with game drive en route as you exit Serengeti. You will continue with road transfer to Serare/ Isebania border into Kenya. After the immigration formalities you will proceed on to the Maasai mara national reserve. Arrive in the late afternoon then embank on an enroute game heading to the lodge before dusk for check in, dinner and over night.

After breakfast, embark on a full day of game drives along the Mara river and enjoy unhindered 360 degrees views, and the possibilities for what lies ahead. The location of the ’Great Migration’ one of the natural wonders of the world – is a gloriously beautiful, wildlife-rich savannah landscape, once described by the eminent biologist Julian Huxley as ‘the only easily accessible and readily studied remaining portion of the world’s pre-human climax community at its tropical richest. It’s also a region where traditionally dressed Maasai still herd their cattle and goats in a lifestyle that in some respects hasn’t changed much since they first arrived here 350 years ago.

You will have breakfast at your leisure then check out from the Lodge. Your will drive towards the park exit with game drive enroute. You will proceed with your drive back to Nairobi via Narok town where you will have a last minute stop for some shopping before drop-off.
