The tremendous wildlife is the highlight of safari trips in Kenya. Wildlife in Kenya can be found almost anywhere, but the most popular game parks for safaris tend to be along the main road from Nairobi to Mombasa. Here you will find Amboseli, Chyulu Hills, Masai Mara and Tsavo East and West. That said, the game parks of Buffalo Springs, Samburu and Shaba in the north are also outstanding; an arid wilderness where game gathers to drink at the waters of the Ewaso N’yiro River, attracting large herds of elephants, leopards, gerenuk, oryx and giraffe.
The Kenya safari packages include one of Kenya’s best-loved reserves is the Masai Mara National Park, home to Africa’s largest population of lions and the staging ground of the great migration of wildebeest in July, one of the most spectacular natural events in the world. Tsavo (split into East and West) is the most easily accessible park from Mombasa, with some prime cheetah territory in Tsavo East while Galana riverbank is home to lions and crocs.

After an early breakfast and hotel check out, you will be picked up from your hotel at 7AM and proceed to the Northern part of Kenya with a stop over at Nanyuki the Equator town. You will then continue the trip to the remote areas of the North. The entire trip will take about 6 hours to the Archers post gate for the park formalities then continue to the lodge for check in followed by a sumptuous lunch. You will later on have an afternoon game drive at the reserve then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
You will have an early breakfast then proceed for a morning game drive in the reserve in search of the Northern special 5 which includes the reticulated Giraffes, Gerenuks, Somali Ostrich and Beisa Oryx. The rocky habitat makes it one of the most conducive environment for spotting a Leopard. Elephants are also in plenty along the Ewasonyiro river. And on a lucky day you could also spot a Lion. After the game drive you will return back to the lodge for lunch and enjoy the lodge facilities before you embark on another game drive in the afternoon returning back to the lodge before dusk for dinner and over night.
After an early breakfast and check out, You will proceed with a game drive en-route towards the exit. You will then proceed to Nanyuki then head to Ol Pejeta Conservancy arriving at the game around noon for park formalities. You will then continue to the camp for check in followed by lunch. At 3:30, you will visit the Chimpanzee sanctuary, followed by a short game drive. The Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 360 sq/km wildlife conservancy that is dedicated to conservation of Rhinos among other wildlife species in conjunction with cattle ranching. It is the home of the last 2 remaining Northern white Rhinos. It is also the largest Black Rhino sanctuary in East African and the hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya. You will then proceed back to camp for dinner and over night.
After an early breakfast and check out, you will proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park. En-route you will descend into the Rift Valley then proceed the to the park main gate for formalities. Then head for check in and lunch at Sopa lodge. In teh afternoon you will enjoy a game drive in the park in search of Roth’s Child Giraffes, and you might be lucky to see the tree climbing Lions. This park has the highest concentration of bird life with over 450 recorded birds species which includes Pelicans, Flamingos, Kingfishers etc. It is also a Rhino breeding park. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
After an early breakfast and check out, you will proceed to the Masai Mara via Narok the largest Maasai town. You will then continue to the the lodge for check in and lunch. After lunch on-site, we embark on the first game drive through the savannah landscape of the Masai Mara Game Reserve, with a good chance to track down the Big Five (elephant, buffalo, lion, rhino and leopard). then back to the hotel for dinner and over night.
Rise early today for breakfast. Be ready for a great full day game drive and picnic lunch along the Mara river. Roll down the windows or stand up through the customized pop up roof hatch and enjoy this unhindered 360 views, and the possibilities for what lies ahead. Masai Mara is one of the lushest reserves in Africa, and is globally renowned for the Great Migration when thousands of wildebeest, zebra, and Thomson’s gazelle travel to and from the Serengeti. The park is also known for providing excellent predator sightings in their natural habitats thanks to its relatively large populations of lion, cheetah, and leopard. We will also see lots of Elephants, Masai giraffe, common zebra, impala, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelles, Topi, Hartebeest, Black-backed jackal, spotted hyena and more.
Rise up early for breakfast, check out and depart Masai Mara for Lake Naivasha. We will arrive at the lodge with enough time to settle in before lunch with a little time to relax before we head out for an afternoon boat ride. As you sail along the shores of the lake, you will see a variety of water bird species that include the African Fish Eagle, Cormorants, Pelicans, Ibises, King fishers among others. You will also an opportunity to view a hippos at a distance. You will then return to the lodge for leisure and over night.
You will have an early breakfast then check out. The journey will take about 6 hours via Nairobi the capital city to the south side of the country. You will arrive in time for lunch and after check in at Sopa Lodge. An optional visit to a Masai village can be arranged after lunch and a nature walk, Weather permitting you will enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Kilimanjaro from the balcony of your tent as you enjoy your favorite drink. Dinner and overnight will be at at the camp.
After an early breakfast, You will depart with picnic lunch for the Amboseli National park. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National park is best wildlife area in Kenya to experience big herds of Elephants at a close range. They are less unharassed by poachers and you can easily see them feeding and bathing at the swamps making it your highlight of your day. You will enjoy your lunch at the Namatior observation Hill with its base forming a permanent water reservoir full of Hippos. You will then return on an en-route game drive to your camp arriving in the evening for dinner and over night.
After an early breakfast and check out, you will proceed to Taita Hill sanctuary for check in at the lodge. After lunch, you will embark for an afternoon game drive at the sanctuary. Taita Hills sanctuary is a privately owned sanctuary in Kenya located in Taita Taveta county. It covers an areas of about 110 sq / km and its adjacent to Tsavo West National park and Lumo community wildlife sanctuary. You will be able to see Cheetahs, Buffalos, Leopard, Lions, Lesser Kudu among others. You will return to the lodge for dinner and over night.
After an early breakfast and check out, you will proceed to the home of the Red Elephants of Tsavo East with a short game drive en-route to the lodge arriving in time for lunch after check in. You will go for an afternoon game drive where you will see the Red Elephants and other wildlife animals. After the drive you will have dinner at the lodge and overnight.
After an early breakfast and check out, we will proceed to Mombasa with a game drive en-route to Bachuma Gate. You will arrive in Sarova White sands in time for lunch and check in. You stay in Mombasa will be for leisure and rest on the sandy beaches.
